Frodo was one of the founders of The Glasgow Cabaret Festival, held the position of General Manager at Kelburn Garden Party, managed The Psychedelic Forest Carnival, directed Fire & Light 2020 @ The Helix, and was creator of the Cabaret Tent at T in the Park.

He is highly experienced in creating, managing, and programming  a wide range of small and large scale outdoor events.
